Christian leads the team at LPT Realty. His work across land, building and investment financing informs how he approaches a sale: start with the site, ask what can be built, and consider how the finished home will fit the market.
He also operates Brightview Homes and Springwell Capital. The team’s brokerage services are provided through LPT Realty.
